We've noticed that clients using 'LastPass' in Google Chrome are experiencing issues when exporting reports.
The browser takes them into the Jaspersoft login screen.
The workaround for this issue will be running your browser as 'Incognito', that should ignore the 'LastPass' issue and allow you to export your reports with no issues.
There may be other plugins/extensions that cause a conflict. We have had anecdotal information that 'Google Docs offline app' has caused a problem and when removed the Jasper export issue has been resolved. Check your Extensions to see if there are any extensions that have been inadvertently installed. If you don't use them you may want to remove them to avoid any conflicts.
