If you're experiencing issues with your selected font not being retained when generating PDF documents in TPS Cloud Axis, follow these steps to save your TPS templates with your firm's preferred font in MS Word and ensure they display correctly when converted to PDF.

**Note: Not all fonts are supported by the MS Word preference.

  1. Open the template in 'MS Word'.
  2. Go to the 'File' menu.
  3. Click on 'Options' - this will open the 'Word Options' screen.
  4. Select the 'Save'  menu option.
  5. Locate the section called 'Preserve fidelity when sharing this document.'
  6. Select the file name of your template.
  7. Check the box that says 'Embed fonts in the file.'
  8. Also, add a checkmark to 'Do not embed common system fonts.'
  9. Click 'OK' to confirm your choice.
  10. 'Save', as usual, your MS Word document to ensure the changes were applied to that file.
This will save your preferred font settings in that MS Word template.

  11. Finally, go back to TPS - 'Tools' - 'Template' section to upload the MS Word template you just saved with the embedded fonts.

By following these steps, your TPS templates will retain your preferred font settings when generating PDF documents. This ensures that your selected font is preserved when sharing or printing your templates as PDF files.
