Align your TPS session effortlessly with your workflow and daily preferences, creating a personalized experience that reflects your individual work habits. Don't forget, every staff member holds the ability to customize their preferences, guaranteeing a personalized and efficient TPS experience for all.


Customization Options: 

  • Auto WIP Time: Automatically set time entry transactions to WIP upon saving.
  • Default Minimum Time (Minutes): Set the minimum time for time entry when using the 'Start Timer' feature.
  • Start Screen: Choose the default screen that appears upon opening TPS.
  • Working Hours Start and End: Define working hours for Calendar Day view.
  • Payment - Default Date: Keep the last selected date for all payments to expedite input processes.
  • Billing - Default Date: Automatically default to the current session's date when creating bills.
  • Save Report Filters: Let the software remember report filter selections for future runs.
  • Ignore Inactive Clients in Payment Screen: Hide 'Inactive' clients from the payment screen selection.
  • Include Start/Stop Columns in Time & Expense Report Print: Specify visibility of start/stop columns in reports.
  • Hide Inactive Clients from Selection Lists: Remove 'Inactive' clients from drop-down lists.
  • Hide Prospect Clients from Selection Lists: Do not display clients set as 'Prospects' from selection lists.
  • Hide On-Hold Clients from Selection Lists: Exclude clients 'On-hold' from selection lists.
