This level of customization is achieved by utilizing the default template and making further modifications with MS Word.
Flexible Customization Process:
Important Note on Templates and Variables: All templates in TPS are created with variables, and for the Payment Receipt section, these variables can be found in the Variables tab, specifically under the Payment Receipt subtab. If you require to modify these variables, we recommend reaching out to our TPS Support Team for guidance.
Prompt Notifications for Payment Receipts:
Upon payment creation, TPS Cloud Axis prompts users to generate a payment receipt. This proactive approach ensures that users are informed of the option and can choose whether to proceed with generating a receipt or continue without it.

User Preferences Settings Management:
Recognizing the diverse preferences of users, TPS Cloud Axis empowers each staff member to manage payment receipt generation. Simply access User Preferences and deactivate the 'Show Payment Receipt on New Payments' option to tailor the feature to your organizational needs.

Generating Payment Receipts from Inquiry:
For easy access to payment receipts, users can navigate to the Client's Inquiry Payments tab. Simply select the payment of interest and click on the three dots menu option to choose 'View/Create Receipt.' This streamlined process allows for quick and efficient management of payment receipts.
