The Clients Filter 'Pin Filter' feature is designed to enhance accessibility and convenience when working with the Client List in TPS Cloud Axis, especially when dealing with multiple filters. This functionality allows users to maintain visibility of the filter screen on the right side panel throughout their session, providing easy access to filters with fewer clicks. With the 'Pin Filter' option, users can choose to keep the filter screen pinned on the right side panel, ensuring its visibility for different filter criteria. This effectively reduces the number of clicks required to load the filter screen. The feature can be easily enabled or disabled based on user preferences by clicking on 'Pin Filter' or 'UnPin Filter'.


Here's a step-by-step guide on how to use the 'Pin Filter' feature:

  1. Navigate to the 'Clients' menu within TPS Cloud Axis.
  2. Select the 'Filter' option located on the upper section of the screen.
  3. Enable the 'Pin Filter' option to keep the filter screen visible or disable it by clicking 'UnPin Filter' to allow it to disappear when not in use.


While the 'Pin Filter' feature aims to enhance the overall user experience with TPS Cloud Axis, it's important to note one limitation: the 'Pin Filter' is not designed to be used in conjunction with the Client List 'Split View' feature, as both occupy space on the right panel of the screen.
