New user, I am looking at invoices and I have it seperated by Professional Fess and then with Expenses - I have set up subotal for these, consistent with Invoice Template ID2 - is there anyway to have Additional Charges and Subtotal of Additional Charges only appear if there is something billed?

Our templates use variables to allow MS Word to populate the information required from the program. The variables will only display the details included on the invoice. For instance, if the invoice does not include expense transactions, the variables meant to populate the expenses will not display any information on the final document. However, we do not have control over the text that is typed directly in the document. In the example provided (ID2 template), the title for 'Additional Charges' and 'subtotal charges' is typed directly into the document; for that reason, those titles will be visible even if there are no transactions or amounts to display.
