Client Specific Labels

Can you create client specific labels for phone numbers and addresses. Currently, it looks like there are only global labels.

Yes, you could create different labels, but we would recommend  using the 'Contact section' instead of the 'Client Properties - Address Tab'. This approach will enable you to easily identify the contact name, contact type, as well as phone numbers, email addresses, and other relevant details.  Additionally, creating Contacts gives you the flexibility to customize and define which types of emails should be sent to a specific contact's email address

In the Client Properties - Contacts Tab, you can store and manage contact information by contact name, making it more organized and easier to stay connected with your clients. The Contacts are accessible from both the Client Properties - Contacts Tab and the Contact Menu Icon. 
 

  • Client Properties - Contacts Tab:  You can create a new contact in the Client Properties - Contacts Tab and manage the Contact Properties and Contact Settings.


  • Contact Properties: It provides the General and Address Tabs, which are essential to identify and store the contact's information, and it will allow you to assign or create labels if needed. 

  • Contact Settings (email settings, and contact type): Allows you to define if the Contact is AR, Primary or the Owner as well as selecting which email communication should be sent to the specific contact's email address.

     This ensures a more streamlined and personalized client communication process.
