I have this problem with my Email Status in TPS . Also I would liek to know how can I sync the meetings in my MS356 account to my TPS account . Appointments are notr syncronizing

Hi Sergio,


Thanks for reaching out! I suggest attempting to re-establish your Outlook 365 integration by navigating to the TPS - Integration menu and Enable Office 365 from there.


Once configured, you'll be able to view your MS Office 365 Calendar appointments in the TPS Cloud Axis Workflow - Employee Calendar view. Remember to enable the function that allows you to toggle the visibility of your Office 365 calendar items in TPS Cloud Axis. This feature is designed to help you efficiently manage your workday by preventing any potential overlaps or missed appointments.
