TPS Portal aims to provide a seamless and secure method for both your firm and customers to exchange essential documentation. Introducing the 'View Document' feature in the TPS Portal 'Invoices' section, which empowers clients to effortlessly access and download original invoices, thereby enhancing the functionality for optimal user experience. 

Within the 'Invoices' Menu, customers can access the list of Invoices, featuring information on outstanding balances and remaining unpaid amounts per transaction. The new improvement contribute to increased transparency, clarity, and accessibility, enabling clients to stay well-informed about their accounts receivable transactions and balances. Additionally, if your firm has integrated an Online Payment Software with TPS Cloud, customers can seamlessly process online payments for specific AR transactions directly within this section. TPS Portal's Invoices section stand as the central hub for clients to effectively oversee and manage their accounts receivable transactions.

  • Streamlined Document Access for Invoices:
    Navigating to the 'Portal' (https://portal.tpssoftware.com/), customers can effortlessly review, download, and even reprint any invoices using the 'View Document' option. In the event that this feature is not visible for your client, you can navigate to TPS, 'Print/Send - Invoices Tab', and resend the invoices to the portal using the 'Send to Portal if it exists' action, ensuring that your clients have instant access to the files within that section.

  • Remaining Amount Per Invoice:
    This section conveniently displays the remaining unpaid amount per Invoice. Offering clients the comfort of seeing the remaining balance per A/R transactions.

  • Online Payment Integration:
    Taking convenience to the next level, the Portal allows clients to make online payments directly through the integrated Online Payment system. In TPS Cloud Axis Ultimate Subscription Plan, located under the 'Integrations Menu - Configure - Payment' your firm could integrate and enable your Online Payment Account with TPS. The third-party integrations could be either with CPA Charge, PayClix, PayPal or Stripe, this enables your firm to streamline the payment process. This ensures a hassle-free experience, making it easier than ever for clients to settle outstanding balances.
