The Client Portal in TPS Cloud Axis Ultimate enhances document management and client communication by allowing your firm to securely send invoices and essential documents to clients, as well as providing them with a convenient method to upload files. In addition, the TPS Client Portal integrates with leading online payment processing services, enabling clients to easily pay outstanding invoices and submit pre-payments, all while automating the accounts receivable process and reducing manual work for your firm.


File Secure Upload Options in Your Firm’s TPS Cloud Axis App:
 Your firm can upload and share files with clients using the following TPS Cloud Axis menu options. 

  • Print/Send Batch - Actions: 'Send to Portal If Exists'


  • Client Portal option within the Client List - Client Portal or Workflow - Files section


Secure File Upload Options for Clients:
 Clients can securely upload files through designated portal access methods:

  • Logging into the TPS Client Portal with their credentials - Files Menu - Upload
     
  • Using a direct upload link provided by your firm

Additionally, the TPS Client Portal allows clients to review their uploaded documents, improving their experience while helping your staff manage and access files more efficiently. Any files uploaded - whether by your firm or your clients - will be securely stored within TPS Cloud Axis under the Client Portal section.
If your firm has Integrated an Online Payment Processing Service, the Client Portal also enables clients to conveniently pay outstanding transactions directly through the portal.

TPS Cloud Axis Client Portal offers Integration with leading online payment services, including:



By linking your firm's existing payment processing account, you can offer clients a convenient way to:

  • Pay outstanding invoices from the Client Portal Invoices Menu  
  • Submit pre-payments from the Client Portal Deposit Menu
  • In-Office Payment Processing with the TPS Cloud Axis App Invoice Menu
    For in-office  payments, access the TPS Cloud Axis App Invoice Menu icon, which allows your team to process credit card transactions directly within TPS Cloud Axis, making payment management even more efficient.

    All payments made through the TPS Client Portal or through the TPS App Invoice Menu with the Online Payment Integration are automatically applied to the respective A/R transaction, eliminating the need for additional steps. Once the integration is set up, you can invite clients to make payments online in just a few steps.
