The "Favorite Reports" feature is a powerful tool designed to streamline and personalize the reporting experience. The TPS Cloud Axis Report menu offers a wide range of reports to match different business needs, whether they are client-centric, partner-centric, or manager-centric. Users can view reports based on criteria such as client, workcode, worktype, date, invoice, or employee, making it easy for everyone to find the reports they need. The Favorite Reports feature allows users to create a custom section within the Report menu, providing quick access to the frequently used reports.
Adding a report to the "Favorite" section is straightforward – simply drag and drop it into the designated area. Users can rename reports by clicking the "Edit" icon next to the file and organize them into folders by creating new folders with the "Plus (+) icon". Reports and folders can be rearranged by dragging and dropping, and removed by clicking the "X icon". This customization lets users adjust their reporting section to their preferences. Each saved Favorite Report is unique to the user who created it, providing a personalized experience for each team member. The Favorite Reports feature improves productivity and saves time.
