To offer a comprehensive overview of actions taken by both your Firm's staff and Customers Invited users in the Portal section TPS Cloud Axis offers a 'Audit Log' designed specifically for Portal interactions, and it is located within the 'Tools - Client Portal' menu.



Features:

  1. Detailed Action Tracking: The Audit Log now records actions such as Create, Update, and Delete. This granular tracking system ensures that significant activity within the portal is documented, providing transparency and accountability.

  2. Comprehensive Columns: It includes essential columns like Time Stamp, User, Action, Location, Type, Client, and Changes. These columns provide a detailed breakdown of who performed the action, when it was executed, and the specifics of the changes made. All columns are sortable by clicking over the column header.

  3. User Identification for Firm or Portal: The Location column identify whether an action was initiated by your 'Firm' staff or a customer-invited user designated as 'Portal.' This distinction offers valuable insights into the source of each recorded activity.

  4. Action Type/Entity Differentiation: The 'Type' column also identified as 'Entity'  categorizes actions based on folders, files, roles, role assignments, and portal user invitations. This differentiation ensures a clear identification on what was modified.

  5. Filters: The filters are based on date, entity or type, action, and client. This functionality empowers users to efficiently narrow down and analyze specific sets of data, streamlining the review process.
