Sending files to the Client Portal is essential for efficient document management. Here are three methods your firm can use to upload files to the Portal:

  1. Print/Send: Use this method for sending Invoices, A/R Statements, Mass Mailings, and Collection Letters.
    • Actions menu offers the option Portal: Send to Portal if exists. Only the selected documents that were previously created and marked as Exist: Yes will be sent to the Portal.

  2. Client List - Client Portal: This section allows you to create folders and upload files.
    • Navigate to the Client List and select Client Portal.

    • Click on the + icon and select either New Folder or File Upload.

    • Alternatively, you can drag and drop files from your computer into the Portal by placing them within the defined Files box.
Note: If the files are dropped outside this designated area, they will not be uploaded.

  3. Workflow Event - Files Tab: If your firm uses Workflow Events and has assigned a Portal folder to the Event, you can upload files within the Workflow section to the specified folder.
    • Open the Workflow Event and navigate to the Files tab.
    • Upload the necessary files to the assigned Portal folder.

Invited users can also upload files to designated folders from their Client Portal access at portal.tpssoftware.com.

The Client Portal ensures that documents are secure, efficiently managed and easily accessible for your firm and your customers.
